        I've been working with midpoint for about 4 years now. The service and staff are absolutely fantastic. Staff are caring, kind, compassionate and have a great understanding of mental health. They provide an invaluable service to our patients who at times need to be away from hospital but somewhere with more freedom so that they can continue to heal before they return home and midpoint provide a great safe Haven for them. Thank you guys!

        Terrible experience and staff. Absolutely no therapy or activities. Was an alcoholic at the time and spent my days drunk and the staff did nothing except criticise and belittle me. I was given notice and pretty much put out on the street in January with nowhere to go. The place was dirty and unhygenic. I will never forget my 7 months of hell in this place I actually did not want to go to after I came out of hospital but had no choice. Dont be fooled by the pretty words and website, it's a hell hole and 4 years later it still haunts me.
