Magnet Kitchens

I went into the store to discuss getting my kitchen done, I was told to send an email with the kitchen measurements which they would then send onto a company to get a design put together which should only take a few days as their inside kitchen design was only coming back to work that week and were unsure how she would as she had just had a operation. The guys that I spoke to were very helpful and everything sounded really positive. However I didn't hear anything for a week so I decided to follow up by contacting the store where I got told I would be contacted the next day (11th March) by the kitchen design as she's back from being off sick...I'm yet to be contacted another week on. Overall a little disappointing.

I have booked an appointment for a surveyor to come and make the measurements of our kitchen. This booking has been changed twice with a short notice. Eventually after 4 weeks of waiting, a surveyor came 15 min earlier of an agreed time and could not be asked to wait till we got home 5 min later. I called the main office to ask why a surveyor left before our appointment time and has been told that actually they were trying to be good and came earlier. But then why to leave earlier? No words. Just a total disappointment and frustration as I waisted 4 weeks of waiting. In the way I am glad it happened before we committed with this company as later on we would have had bigger problems.
