        As an nhs staff working in Lister Hospital. It is quite indecent to see there is no meal deal option for plant-based/dairy free customers along with highest prices on all plant-based products. Some actually cost as much as or more than the meal deal. I find it quite offensive attitude towards equal rights of food choices for staff members and all customers visiting that shop!

        Having visited your shop on many occasions as an outpatient with cancer latterly I have picked very carefully wwhwen to enter I thought I had done so when I was at the paying till not auto pay when for some reason what seems to have been your manager desided it would be a good idea to stand beside me and sort some paperwork out not once but twice the assistant seemed to not be bothered either as they new each other I did not vent my feelings as there where ladies observing s/disperhaps more training is required This happened 20th april
