I visited a friend of mine that lived here between 2018 and 2023, the apartment complex is a mix between 1 and 2 bed flats which have plenty of space and the residents are friendly on each floor/the floor you are located on. For a part converted office block and part new build Brickdale House is not a bad building to live in and affordable to live in, however it can be noisy on the lower floors during the day due to traffic around the Swingate/Danestrete area.
