Do not shop in store, the manager is a liar and they manipulate you into buying other items such as "crep protect" which cost an arm and a leg and literally does not work at all, 8 for some wipes that don't work!! Could've gone to Wilkos and got the same thing for 60p, really disappointed and ashamed of this store!!

Very bad staff was in your shop yesterday looking for a new trainer anyway saw one askbthe guy could you please get orthervone anyway after 5min come back and sid we only got one in stock wot good haveingvone shoes would not Recommend anyone to go to this shoo as staff do not wish to help

Stevenage store - disorganised and to be fair incompetent to be left in a store on their own. if the people working spent less time laughing and talking and focused on what people were asking for it would most definitely help. In the end after asking numerous times for the same thing they continually get the wrong things Poor poor poor
