        Took the front unit of a Dyson hover into these guys and received excellent service. Instead of trying to sell me a replacement at 70 they took parts from my unit and from a spare unit they had, and 2 became one. It worked and all for 20. Thank you. Some might call it an old-fashioned way of working, but it reminds me of the old hardware stores that have sadly disappeared. Service is king!
