Unfortunately the RAC took my vehicle to Dennis, who failed to note the overrevving was simply caused by a cable caught up, and proceeded to charge me in total over several visits 2k. In this time he decided to change all the settings and render the vehicle inoperable, then tried to get me to buy expensive parts it didnt need. Very aggressive response when this was pointed out to him and refusal to refund or return the settings to standard. Caused a 3 year problem which still isnt resolved. Very surprised the RAC would use such a bad garage. They did insist he return the settings to standard, but I no longer can trust him, I will pay a reliable mechanic. Never known such unprofessional instant aggression at a customer pointing out he has altered settings which shouldnt be touched, once it was home it was noticed instantly, yet he didnt notice in the months he kept it there. Interesting method of earning a living. Lesson learnt-never trust a business who insists on cash payments
