Went to Odyssey for a spa day yesterday with a friend. We had the most amazing day. I opted for a full body hot stone massage and a facial (by Danielle). I highly recommend. It was a fantastic experience and I can't wait to book again. Everywhere was clean and tidy, not overly busy. The relaxation room was also a highlight of our day. The food and drink were superb. The staff were very friendly.

Its not a bad place to go for the money. My issues with them was they put the price of the membership up, not by a lot but it was when they sold a lot of land for houses. In the hight of disruption the increase came in. They were also getting compensated for sharing the road into the site. I found this very frustrating ie mid on the road and nowhere to park.If you try talking to them about any issues you get nowhere. Also if you send emails you get no response. The place gets so busy at times, because theyre over sold. Ive heard membership teams talking about capacity being over by at least 400. When theyre walking new people around. Saying if you dont sign today, you might not be able to sign up, as we will be implementing a waiting list. I heard the same talk for months.
