Great first point of contact. I spoke to a man on reception about my McLaren and having the bodywork looked at in the near future, I believe his name was Mark. Very informative and patient and a service with a smile. After visiting another bodywork centre with a not so positive experience it was a very refreshing to be spoken to like a human and not a walking cheque book! There was absolutely no pressure to make a booking instantaneously. I will certainly be using this business in the near future and look forward to seeing the results. Went a.m. for an inspection/quote and waited for five minutes before leaving. Called again p.m. and was asked if I had an appointment. I hadn't and was then told it would not be possible to view the vehicle for another four working days. Contrast this with Finish Line (seen on arrival and quote the next day) and R&R (seen in the morning and quoted later that day).
