Went to the shop today to ask advice about zig fishing steve pointed me in the right direction with what tackle i should need very helpful and very professional i will be returning every week :)

Do not recommend. Asked by phone for a product and made me to drive an hour to discover is not what he described. Very unprofessional! And how I was rude because I don't get it ? I was just mentioning that is not at all what you described and you made me come all the way for nothing. I think I m entitled to tell you this. Plus after I left you thrown the landing net in the street . So tell me who is the unprofessional one and rude ? Disgusting shop and more then that full of lies. Not a worry deff I wouldn't come anymore or neither of my friends.

Advise that you do not purchase from this store. owner avoids dealing with warranty claims at all costs! the owner is very rude and unprofessional. Has avoided dealing with a warranty claim even though it was within the 12 month warrantee period that the retailer is responsible for dealing with. Not returning calls or replying to emails. Then tries telling you that he had a conversation with you that has not taken place.... when you tell him that he is wrong, he hangs up on you...... lied about speaking to manufacturers field rep (was informed by the manufacturer that not once had they liased with them regarding the matter) I'm sure he will reply saying I was rude and so on to make himself sound better.... I was not! Unfortunately, after this, i have had to get the manufacturer involved to get a replacement. Overall, poor service is rude and unhelpful when it comes to after sales help. This is after it took over a month for the item to be delivered in the first place! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
