Great Watch and Great Service

What a great service from start to finish. Enquired about purchasing a Yachtmaster Oysterflex which is becoming increasingly difficult to get hold of. The price was reasonable and fair. I part exchanged a Datejust which again was more than a fair exchange price. The watch I found on eBay and i managed to tune it perfectly with it only being on there for a few hours. I confirmed the sale the following morning which was a Friday. He held the watch for me to get down from Manchester until the Tuesday with a small deposit. Appreciated that. His communication was 10/10. I called a good few times asking questions and each time he answered everything in detail and filled me with confidence. The shop is on a nice village high street in Stevenage. Parking is accessible and FREE on the high street. A small shop but nice and clean and most important you feel very safe. He is a nice down to earth honest guy and I couldnt recommend the company any higher. Thanks again Lewis. I am made up with the new watch. Chris.
