The women's resource centre is fantastic! The mindfulness course and self confidence courses I attended were extremely helpful. There are various courses and also a great therapist who does massage, reflexology and aromatherapy. I have never had to pay more than 5 for courses or treatments, which is incredible. The counselling provided by the centre is invaluable and priced depending on individual financial circumstances, which makes it inclusive and accessible for all. There is special support for those who have experienced domestic violence and also rape crisis support. On top of all this there is advice available on legal matters too. They have a charity shop, with good quality clothes, accessories, homewares and toys. I love it there and would thoroughly recommend a visit, even just for a cuppa and quiet space.
