Craftstone Fireplaces

Lovely people and excellent at helping us chose a new fireplace. My only negative comment is that they are extremely hard to make contact with when you have a query about an order.

Craftstone installed the most beautiful wood burner for us, it looks fantastic and does a great job, thanks to the team for everything.

Purchased a multifuel burner 14 years ago so we wanted to up date it so we had them come out for a survey and discussed what we wanted which seemed OK they emailed us a price which we excepted Andy said about 3 to 4 weeks which was fine we got a email to say the day they were coming to fit they came and fitted the hearth the fire and the granite surround and the slip bricks the fitters seem OK when they had gone we noticed the hearth wasn't what we asked for the slip brick sides were not finished off neatly and the underneath of the lintel wasn't finished off properly phoned Andy he came out the next day to look and appolgisd about the wrong hearth said he would come the next week to sort it and guess what no Andy and no phone call eventually got hold of him he said he had forgotten what a way to run a business he sent his brother a week later to sort it all out in all honesty his brother appolgisd and he did a good job with all the problems I'm sorry but we will not recommend this firm as we told them it makes all the difference when the finished article is of excellent standard the communication is diabolical
