Having recently moved to the area I was looking for a place to improve my fitness and develop some self-defence skills/knowledge. The level of expertise at MMA Krav Maga Stevenage is incredible and there is a real focus on, not only learning a technique, but also ensuring that it becomes reactionary with frequent sparring sessions and pressure tests. This balanced with an incredibly welcoming community of instructors and students was exactly the pragmatic approach I was looking for!

Love training at the gym dean the trainer is great at what he does if your ever stuck on something dean breaks it down so good it makes it easier to pick and everyone that trains there are nice no big head who think they know it all we train as a family and everyone helps everyone when needed
