        Dan gets 5 stars for his help on me setting up my home office. Apparently I was the easiest customer he's had for a while. He listened to what I was asking and only provided solutions that fitted the brief, which was great for me, unlike other Curry's/ PC world stores (Bedford).

        My experience has been very detrimental to my business. I bought a laptop, less than 2 months old, the screen is playing up. Took it to the store today and they have booked it in for repair but I have no business now! No backup laptop. No courtesy laptop. No laptop on loan. The manager, Dave, really didn't want to do anything to help me. Just kept repeating the same sentence over and over again that "there's nothing we can do" and leaves me without being able to work for the next 28 days. I was desperate and offered all the ideas and solutions whilst Dave offered me just obstacles and barriers. I've walked out of the store today unable to work. I am based at home, I have no backup laptops.
