Son bought a gun and got home,opened the box and the gun was quite scratched in certain places.
Called the shop the next morning and explained, as wasnt even owned for 24 hours.
You would think they would say sorry, sir bring the gun back, and if it is indeed scratched, we will exchange it for another one straight away.
But no
They told me they would have to get onto the manufacturer then confirm it with the technician before they would see about replacing the parts or replacing the gun for an exact same one.
Plus apparently theyre technician is not there for at least three more days.
So told not to bring it back until then.
Then I would have to get onto the manufacturer.
Just all of a long winded process.
If you buy a damaged or faulty product, you should be able to take it back at the convenience of the customer, not the convenience of the shop.
As any sales person in the shop should be able to do a straightforward exchange.
Good selection in shop though.
