I brought a vape from here and it was faulty I took it back the next weekend as it was a bit of a trip. I had the receipt and box as brought. The guy told me he could only exchange it, which is incorrect as its faulty goods and I had receipt. I only wanted to exchange it anyway so fine but was annoyed at this initial statement. He then went on to tell me he could only exchange it once. Which is also incorrect if the goods are faulty. Shame as initial sale was good. And I got three free bottles vape. So was a great deal. If I had brought another vape elsewhere and needed a refund I would expect one with receipt and only a week since purchase.
