It has been a pleasure having this family run firm working on my loft from the day off the quote to the end of the work they have been hard working the work it to a very high quality and standard David Laura and there dad did not stop from the moment they turned up till the time they left if anyone is looking to having your loft done i would highly recommend. Out of touch, abrupt manner and unprofessional after a promising start.This outfit, particularly their surveyor Mark seems to running in their own little world with no appreciation or respect for customers time. Having booked an appointment for a quote, the first time nobody showed up without so much as a courtesy call or follow up. Having chased, it transpires there was an unfortunate accident and for some unknown reason the office didnt know about it and werent able to inform us. Giving them benefit of the doubt we try again and we were accommodated quickly. Having waited the entire duration of the second time slot we were given nobody showed up again & there was no communication to confirm they were still coming. Then someone did eventually turn up, but Id gone out because how long are you supposed to wait for a tradesperson who is late, has let you down once before and doesnt communicate in an age when a text will suffice. Mark was somewhat abrupt when he called me, the office was full of apologetic excuses and completely out of touch regards the inconvenience as Id taken two half days off work. I cant comment on the quality of their work as Ill never know but the communication has been sorely lacking.
