This the only place locally really advertising plastic welding as one of their capabilities so I emailed about my front bumper being repaired. I got no reply. When i went in and enquired in person the guy in the office knew of my email and said "you can't repair that, it's knackered. youve got to get a new one". That was it really, no conversation from there, just silence. From his immediate recollection of my pictures when i mentioned my car model he obviously read my email but wasn't bothered to reply to me because he wasn't going to do Business with me. Dissapointing. I ended up plastic welding it myself and a year later it has withstood air resistance forces from speeds up to 160mph on many occassions. The fix is still in perfect condition. Can't repair that? More like you want just the easy jobs.

A professional and easy to deal with company. I arranged a front bumper repair and they did a 1st class job for a very fair price. The edges were painted perfectly, no under or over spray and the paint colour was matched exactly. I've used repairers in the past who've left small imperfections, but this was done so well I can't see any signs of the repair.

Recently had my car door repaired at Minor Details. They did an excellent job I would definitely recommend.
