My stay was only a short term tenancy, but I experienced great care throughout my time there. Check in: They provided me with all the details promptly, and were accommodating in all of my requests. They even asked my preferred room set-up (between a larger chest of drawers or a smaller with with a desk and chair). They were very helpful from initial property search to finalising the move and checking into the room. Maintenance: This can be a tricky one to comment on when nothing happens. However, the winter of 2022-2023 happened to be a particular tough one for the country, and unfortunately the heating for the house failed to stop one night. We messaged the property manager late at night and they quickly responded highlighting this as an urgent issue. They very quickly arranged for a fix the very next day, ensuring we had heating within 24 hours of the initial issue. Customer Service: The kitchen was very well equipped with everything that you may need. Everyone had their own cupboard complete with cups, plates and bowels. Items such as pots and pans, cutlery were all provided as well as a shared resource. Plenty of room in the fridge. The manager allowed us to send any messages at any time of day, where we received responses beyond usual working hours which I feel is above and beyond baseline service requirements. This shows a commitment to the wellbeing and happiness of their tenants. I thank you guys again for the stress free stay that I experienced!
