I did a Google search in January 2023 and found Bathroom Builders, and chose them because of all the positive reviews. Now I can leave my own positive review, and happily recommend them to you! We had a full rip out and replacement of our old bathroom, tiles, bath, toilet, everything. Choosing our new bathroom was easy in the BB showroom, and we got great help from Mohamed. The old bathroom was ripped out in April 2023, with no mess or skips. And the new one was expertly installed by Mick. It looks great. See photos. We will be enjoying our new bathroom for many years. Amazing from start to finish. Excellent customer service, nothing was too much trouble. Our installer Mick was polite, extremely hard working and his attention to detail was beyond reproach. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome and would recommend Bathroom Builders if anyone is looking for a high standard of work.

We cannot fault the finish of our bathroom. The workmanship was excellent, and the units supplied were of a really good quality. Mick, the fitter worked extremely hard and tidily. There was no mess left behind, and he took all the old units way, leaving us nothing to do. He was friendly and kept us informed of what he was going to do at every stage. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the end result.

Amazing service from Bathroom Builders, we would highly recommend Mo and his whole team. We received a great service from beginning to end and are really pleased with our new bathroom.

Our builder recommended using Mo at Bathroom Builders for his excellent service and Im thrilled that we chose Bathroom builders . In Jan 2023 we popped into the showroom and took our measurements and an idea of what we wanted . Mo took his time to plan and advise of what would look good using his designing system . Once we selected the items Mo ordered and communicated with our fitter directly . At this point we were unsure on tiles so did not order them . I found some tiles I liked on the internet and email Mo, who advised of similar tiles that he had in stock , again taking the stress away of shopping around . The week of the build,everything arrived on time . The was a crack in the basin unit and Mo had this replaced within a day . We also had a slight issue with the shower unit ,however Sharon quickly contacted the manufacturer to get a replacement part and kept in regular contact . Even though the issue was plumbing related bathroom builders sent their fitter to assess and the issue was identified. I cannot recommend this company enough for their outstanding level of customer service and quality of products.We are delighted with our new shower room and the guidance from Mo really took away the stress of choosing from so many products! All items in our new shower room including tiles were purchased from Bathroom Builders.
