Tried to use them a few times as my local Merc dealership, and every time encountered a very bizzare combination of dismissive attitude, condescending tone and lacklustre expertise. Oh well.

Please save your self the trouble and do not book your car in for any repairs or maintenance at this dealership. They will rip you off!! I booked my car in as I could hear a rattle. They charged me 1200 to fix this rattle well at least that's what I thought. When I came home I could still hear the rattle noise! I then contacted Richard and he said we thought the noise was coming from the issues we fixed. This is not good enough how can they charge me 1200 and not fix the initial issue. So quick to take my money but they didn't even bother to check whether the rattle noise was gone. They just worked on my car based on assumptions. escalated to Richard's manager Stuart but he's only worried about his colleague and not his customers. He said the technicians couldn't hear the noise and were unsure what rattle noise I was talking about. So why didn't they contact me or call me in so I could show them the noise? Not once have I even had an apology fromthem. I contacted Stevenage again and they are trying to charge me more for investigating this rattle sound and then more for fixing the issue. Not only that but my car has scratches on the bonnet which weren't there before. They're going to 'investigate' when I have pictures of my car prior to me giving it in with no scratches! Im surprised they're not charging to investigate that too. Why should I have to pay them more money? For them to go work on other things and not repair the actual issue? Avoid at ALL costs. Not only will they rip you off the staff are very rude. I have to book my car in again despite all the inconvenience this has caused me as I don't even live in Stevenage they are not willing to compromise. PLEASE AVOID!
