I wish this practice had a minus star as it does not deserve even the one star I had to give to write this review! Feeling frustrated at this very poor service. My friend has had an extremely swollen ankle for 3 weeks, nearest appointment is end of June!!! That is ridiculous... This condition could have serious consequences as it keeps swelling, is very painful and changes colour. She has phoned the doctor surgery for an appointment on more than several occasions and all appointments have gone! She was told she could only have a telephone appointment today, which resulted in no help at all. This needs to be dealt with, as the situation is disgraceful. People need to see a doctor, not told to call NHS111 to go through a long winded process with the possibility of being added to the list for out of hours, to receive another phone call from a doctor. How can a doctor diagnose or assess a condition which could be life threatening over the phone without seeing a doctor face to face. This is a sorry and disgusting state of affairs.

Been trying to get through for 3days dont think anyone works on reception or blood test results,repeat prescription are the only ones that answer. Shocking service

Been on the phone for 30 mins to change an appointment. No one has bothered to answer the call. I know staff can be busy, but this is unacceptable.

I recently visited this medical practice and I must say that I had a completely different experience than what some of the negative reviews had suggested. The environment was clean and tidy, which is always a good sign in a medical setting. The staff was polite and courteous, making me feel welcomed and at ease. I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Shah who was not only personable but also incredibly knowledgeable and competent. He took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained his diagnosis and recommended treatment plan. I left feeling confident in his abilities and satisfied with the care I received. Overall, I would highly recommend this medical practice to anyone looking for quality healthcare. Don't let the negative reviews fool you, my experience was nothing short of excellent. Thank you to the entire team at this practice for providing me with such great care.
