I booked a power hour with Charlotte to get to the bottom of some of the techie SEO issues that were plaguing my site and preventing some pages from indexing on Google. My web designer hadn't been able to help me, and I was struggling to understand the issues and how to fix them. Together we look through some of the problems and she explained to me what each issue was and gave me pointers on how to fix them. I've now started applying some of the fixes and some of my pages are slowly starting to index and some ideas on how to stop these issues from recurring.

Charlotte does what she says she is going to do and does it right. This internet world is a minefield and she can navigate through it easily and also help you learn how to do things yourself not just charge you and keep secrets. I will work with her again no doubt

Charlotte spent a considerable amount of time understanding me and my business before creating an attractive and super functional website that attracts new customers. She kept me informed and talked me through every stage and then ensured I understood how to update myself before handing over. I could not be more happy with the quality of Charlottes work, and she was absolutely delightful to work with too.
