All the staff are friendly and courteous and you actually get to speak to real people on the phone! I have a turntable that is forty years old and it is still in use and Michell still provide complete back up and spares. Buy a Michell turntable and you are buying a product for life

Collected Electronic Transcriptor from Johnny the other day, hooked it up to a pair Tannoy Cheviots, powered by 4/KT66 and believe me, it sounds like sweet bird song. Got me digging into the vinyl box. Excellent job, well done. I cant stop smiling. MACK

I greatly enjoy this product. At every use it delights with the musical presentation, even after years of ownership. I feel I received a superior product for the price paid, the design is so effective and logical. I have the gyro SE with a techno arm "A". I suspect having the arm and turntable voiced by the same manufacturer plays into the extraordinary depth and width of soundstage I enjoy in this high value classic design record player.

Purchased a Gyrodec from a supplier but the after care and service from Michell is fantastic. I'm by no means an expert and as such I needed some advice and assistance a couple of times. After getting in touch with Michell, Steve has taken the time to respond to my emails and even call me to help out and provide advice. Leaving me confident with the set up, incredible sound and happy that I invested my money in not just quality kit but also service. Thank you Steve - I look forward to speaking in the future when I'm ready to do some upgrades.
