In the process of securing a LPOA for my parents, they were able to offer hospital and home visits. When we had to cancel at short notice due to my father's ill health, they provide rapid response appointments. Throughout, Ruksana and her team have supported us with their clear processes and communication. I cannot rate them highly enough.
