Hasan Balti

Absolutely terrible. Ordered a good 2 hours in advance of delivery time for 8.20pm. Order still hadn't arrived at 9pm so I called the restaurant who quoted what I had ordered after originally saying they hadn't received the order. I had to order again somewhere else. I will never use Hasan Balti again. No stars but I couldn't post without one.

This is the last time I will attempt to order from this establishment! Three times now they have let me down, they have lots of excuses why your food hasnt been delivered, I lost my patience after several excuses and a 2.5 hour wait and cancelled the order. The food is ok but nothing special and definitely not worth the wait. Still waiting for a refund apparently not possible as the manager isnt present, probably more lies, either way I Wont be ordering again!

First time trying here following a recommendation and was not disappointed. We had the Set Menu for 2 and there is so much left for breakfast and lunch. Delivery driver very lonely and friendly. Will definitely be back
