Like most the thought of public speaking wasn't a comfortable one. However, increasing opportunities to do so within my work environment meant I was required to deliver public speaking fairly regularly. At first the thought of Hypnotherapy wasn't on the top of my agenda, but having completed 5+ session now with Lynne, I am honestly delivering presentation with confidence and more importantly enjoyment! Lynnes approach is genuine and theory based explaining the why which for me really helps. If your thinking about this an option - I would highly recommend.

I met Lynne weekly for several months. During this time, Lynne was an enormous help to me in a periood of great stress, having reached an all time low with issues at work. Lynne helped with various problems but mainly in helping find a way to manage my stress. Lynne has patiently listened to my ramblings and put in long term strategies and techniques to help me gain clarity and focus. This has helped prevent my usual self destructive, spiralling stress process I often go through. She went over and above with extra support just to ensure I was ok. I would always finish sessions with a renewed feeling of hope and drive. Lynne really is a true professional, credit to her industry and above all, a lovely all round decent person.
