        Disgraceful hotel. Like the nearby Novotel (also owned by the French Accor group) this hotel cancelled bookings for genuine guests with no notice or reason given, because theyre no longer open to the UK public. Im sure you can work out why. Avoid this place if they ever do bother to reopen, can only imagine the state it will be in..
