Garrards were appointed by my insurer, to repair damage to my bathroom and kitchen, caused by a leaking shower. From start to finish I was delighted by the approach of the contractors, they were courteous and diligent ; I was and am delighted by the standard of their work.

Garrads were sent to me by my insurance company to sort out my entries after a fire. If I could rate them a 0 I would. These unprofessional people left a live wich i had made several complaints to sedwick who were supposed to be dealing with and Garrads had the nerve to say that everything was done and completed up to standards. I got 3 electricians in and all of them said this was really bad practice and extremely dangerous. I have now escalated the situation to my insurance company who are also to blame for working with such unprofessional people who know nothing about health and safety. Avoid them with all costs.
