Just Cuts Stevenage

Tried to get my hair cut 2 days in a row now to be turned away both times. I was spoken too very rudley when enquiring about a price. The shop was closed when I arrived today 5/6/21 at 13:30 closing time is 17:00. When the staff member came back she served the customer that was behind me first and was very rude telling me to wait outside till she was finished. Closed at 16:45hs when it said it would close 17:30hs and the staff member was rude. Never coming back.

I didnt want to leave a bad review, I wanted them to correct my colour that they messed up, but after calling and leaving messages to call me back, radio silence from them. I also wish I had read their bad reviews before stepping my trusting foot in there!! Boy did I learn my lesson to never use a hairdresser that wasnt recommended. Firstly I was only told by the colourist that she was a junior after I was gowned up and colour mixed. I was assured she was a wizz at highlights and as I wasnt having a haircut I assessed the risk and came to the conclusion there was probably little risk. What a shocking result with bright yellow/gold crown where the colour had leaked. She even said it wasnt too bad!!!!! Another stylist did her upmost to correct it and while she took the colour down a few notches it was far from perfect and I was told to call back Monday which I did a few times and they never answered or got back to me. I also thought what on earth am I doing letting this bunch try and correct a colour that wasnt complicated in the first place. I just wanted honey blonde highlights. To add insult to injury I have a lot of broken hair right on the crown. I have since been to a hairdresser that fixed it. Avoid at all costs. Service: Hair highlighting

Absolutely amazing! Didn't have an appointment, however turned up and staff were prompt. Extremely happy to fit me in. I am a nightmare for not getting my hair cut and am usually not that bothered about style of cut ect. Stylist was happy to inform me of treatments I can have done and ones that I can do at home. My hair was in a very bad state but the stylist helped me and we agreed on a style to fit my face shape and one that would make me feel more confident. I had a wash, hair mask, cut and blow dry and left feeling amazing. Staff are polite, very helpful and understanding. They were happy and chatty and all helped eachother. Great value for money, organised, friendly, great atmosphere and impeccable teamwork. Highly recommend

If you expect good service this isn't the place. I paid 44 for a wash cut and blow dry which isn't cheap. The woman who cut my hair did it all very quickly. It seems like she was in too much of a rush when there was no customer waiting anyway. I'm not satisfied with how my hair turned out and she also only half dried my hair that I might as well have not paid for a blow dry! Appalling service!! I've honestly never recieved such bad service from a salon before. This is my first and last time having my hair done here. Avoid if you can. This isn't even worth a 1* review.
