        Lost ALOT of hair here! Asked hairdresser for an inch off, she said i need at least 2 inches to make it healthy. No problem, I then accepted two inches to be lost. However, for some reason, baring in mind i told this lady i am trying to grow my hair and long hair means alot to me. I went from 18" long hair to a tiny 12" JUST about past my shoulders! No idea why my hair was hacked away at like that, now it has worsened my anxiety i trusted this lady with my hair and did not expect it to go the way it did..so sad as it was my birthday the next day. I wasnt expecting a bob hair cut! Or i would of asked for a shoulder length cut my hair was no where near shoulder length! I would of happily returned to this salon frequently but i cannot as my hair will be made to be EVEN shorter. A good hairstylist should ALWAYS listen to the customers wishes, as the customer is always right especially when it comes to hair that means so much and took so long to grow! You have no idea what this lady has done to my mental health and anxiety im gutted and will never return or recommend. This hair cut cost me so much more than just a hiar cut as now i have to pay 400 for extentions to replace the hair i lost at your salon! Awful! Service: Hairstyling
