I was told i get get called to be updated about my maternity allowance claim that they lost it and no one ever did. They lost my sons birth certificate and my maternity certificate and all my paper work. This is just unacceptable!!!!!

I want to speak to a human. I waited 4 minutes to go through the voice over for something a human with an IQ in double digits could have sorted in 30 seconds.
30 minutes on hold still nobody answers the phone!
I want to speak to someone, I don't want to do it online, I want to be able to be advised by a person!
Once I did get through, after 50 minutes on hold the guy on the was very helpful.
Most people won't be able to wait best part of an hour on hold...
