I have had an alarm fitted by someone else and it broke down. I contacted Dean at BJC and he came out promptly to assess the situation. He came up with a plan and arranged for an engineer, San, to come round. In a short space of time my security is all sorted and works beautifully. Sam took the time to show us how it all worked including the app. I have now signed up for an annual contract of maintenance and it is really reasonably priced. I am so impressed with these guys and would not hesitate to recommend them. They offer a very professional and comprehensive service and superb peace of mind.

Dean and his team are amazing. Right from the start they listened to what I wanted and explained everything very clearly so that I could choose confidently between the options open to me. Pricing was very competitive, they were always here on time and were clean and tidy, and they made sure I understood how to operate the system before they left. I couldn't recommend them highly enough

For a firm that specialises in security and they only thing they reiterated following an incident was "If they're gonna get in they're gonna get in". Not good enough and you have talked yourself out of future work and I will ensure your contract is not renewed.
