Just had a quote from them . 1 week after coming to see what needed doing. They were asking for 300 more than a quote that I had just turned down.

Called them to install fence panels. Told me they would come that evening. Got a phone call later to say they would come the following day about lunchrime. Came at about 4pm, looked at the job and said they would be back with a quote the following day. That was the last we saw or heard from them. Delayed getting the job done by at least 4 days, with an insecure garden

Think twice before they do job. I had lots of problems. Cement crumbling twice which he said there was something in ground or some body has thrown acid or break fluids from car. It was wrong mix that is why it was crumbling. It took one year to sort out the problem after I sent him special delivery letter telling him I will take him to trading standards and then to small claims court. That is when he got ready mix to sort it. When he laid wheelchair path he took it higher than damp proof and water was going in garage. After heavy rain for one month I was told that path is above damp proof causing problem. When I told him it wasn't his problem. I paid somebody to do job. I found out after four years but I didn't know till it rained for month in May. He should know about damp proof line and should have taken care.
