        They gave me someone else's suit and refused to accept it wasn't mine. What more can I say. After I told them I have received a different suit all they kept saying was "it must be my suit it can't possibly be a different one". Just a different way of saying I am a liar. Granted it looked similar and mistakes happen but when the customer is telling them this is not my item of clothing, they just outright refuse to accept it. There wasn't any offer of a resolution, just like it or lump it. It's unfortunate but I will never use this company again. Good luck if something happens to your clothes.
