Stevenage Dentist Old Town - Tooth Club

I paid a lot of money for composite bonding for two teeth at the front. It fell out after 9 months and was never done appropriately in my opinion. Had another appointment to fix this as it was under warranty and now my teeth are done pretty much to an average standard. I was left with one tooth being done and theyre different sizes. This was a month ago and its already chipped/moves when I touch it. In other words its not going to last long either I can already tell. I told her it was bonded over two but she still left it as one tooth. On top of this, the first time I had it done Ive had other references done about my other teeth and it was quite an unpleasant and rude interaction to the point I dreaded the appointments even though Ive wanted this done for so long. Asked to see my contract and was never emailed it as I was unhappy with the work. Its ruined my confidence and now I have two unequal teeth and the front which you can only imagine is embarrassing when I open my mouth.

Nearly 10 months into my treatment for 4 implants, paid for half of my treatment up front and all I have had done are 8 teeth pulled and dentures fitted. Time and time and time again I have called, requested in person and emailed for an appointment for a scan, to be promised, then ignored! At present I lay the full blame at the feet of the admin team as the dentist who has been carrying out my treatment has been very professional.

Turned up for an appointment only to be told that there wasnt actually an appointment booked for me and the hygienist had gone home for the day. No real apology or interest shown by the receptionist. Will rebook elsewhere where staff are actually competent and stick to appointments that have been made.

I have had a great experience from beginning to end here. Rabbiyah has been extremely helpful from the initial consultation and keeping me updated through, any questions I had she answered promptly and she is very friendly and welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. I had my top teeth bonded with Dr Emily and I am so happy with the outcome I cant stop smiling. Emily did an amazing job and is so friendly and bubbly. I will definitely be back for my bottom teeth and I would highly recommend the Tooth club Stevenage. Thank you!
