        If someone can't pay their initial 100 speeding fine...let's do this, lets increase it by x5 and by adding all these extra fees on top. Great way to keep people in debt

        Almost impossible to get through on the phone , which is a monotonous voice who cannot pronounce the letter H correctly , twittering on with a list of other numbers . When you press the "right" number , the call continues ringing for 7 minutes with NO RESPONSE . What a disgraceful service this is - appalling
