        We were really disappoited because we even bought a canvas and the sales lady never told us that we had to pay extra 109pounds to be able to dowload the pictures. She mentioned several times that we could download our pictures in 2days, but "forgot" to mention that there was a big extra cost to do so. This is not honest sales techiniques.
