I want to thank the young lad today a McColls stevenage, he was very helpful and he helped me to get my mums 80th card which was 2.75 I had a 1 on me and this young lad paid the rest on his card . Please thank this young lad, helping people in need, you are a star.

Visited the store today for the first time to set up daily newspaper delivery, spoke to Ken the manager who was very professional and helpful. Confident that the continuing service will be of the same level as initial impression.
