However to get a full time job seems very difficult, and until then employees benefits very poor, your fellow workers get everything and you get nothing, not even a Christmas bonus, when fellow workers get everything despite you giving everything through out the year.
This I feel let's them down, poor wadges, for this type of job, workers do a lot of hours, to make up money, very noisy.
