        Ordered food at 18:15, told 19:00 delivery... it's now 20:50 and just got our food. Food is cold, sweaty (where its been sat in the packaging for ages) and when I lifted bags out, all fell through where the bag is so disintegrated from being in there so long. Rang 4 times - told 5 minutes every time. Partner asked for no chilli, got chilli. Absolutely disgusting service and absolutely no responsibility for ruining a bank holiday takeaway.
