Worst order I have had in a while. Food was cold, chips were undercooked. It took them over an hour to deliver the food and when I called they said that they had to cook the chicken for me the only decent thing was Ben&Jerry ice cream. I will never eat from this place ever again

Have been going to perfect chicken for almost 3 years, I feel like I'm in a educated position to talk about this place. Which has had a fall from grace over that last 6 months or so. Incorrect items/items not turning up first time on orders, extended wait times (so food is cold) compared to what they once were and not even an apology when calls to complain were made. HUGE shame because when they get it right, the place lives up to its name! I don't know if it's the affects of Covid coming through, new cost saving measures or complacency, its just not as good as it once was. I used to love this place but simply cannot recommend it anymore.

Ordered 3 chicken burger meals, 1 wrap meal and boneless chicken for a night in with friends, it arrived on time and the food was delicious!
