Still after 2 years tgey have done nothing. They don't send forms to the ombudsmen and seem disinterested. They don't know basic rules and regulations or protect victims.

Been allocated an advocate after a referral from the social subscriber my doctor allocated even said they have been in touch when they haven't I'm now three quarters way through the complaints process still waiting for my advocate useless obviously extremely under funded like everything to do with human rights joys of tory Britain
