Imagine it is a very warm day, you are travelling into London and you find yourself needing some water. I walk in and asked for a cup of tap water, her face made it out as if it was a chore. I then ask if I could have it in a bigger cup but that is not allowed as I was not buying anything and "they have to pay for the cups and we sell bottled water". Then on my way home I found myself on the other platform, so last minute I thought id try and see if they would put it in a large cup just out of curiostity. The women behind the counter looked as if my pressence was annoying to her. She proceeded to get a small cup and informed me it would be 50 pence.... 50p for TAP WATER! I could not fathom charging someone for tap water, she reluctantly gave me it (im sure just to get rid of me), she gave me a lid in disgust and glared at me when i was walking out of the store.... All in all a horrible experience on both platform stores and will urge people to avoid at all cost!
