        The worst service ever!!! Constantly late or cancelled. There is nothing positive about this. Its quicker to walk than waiting for bloody bus!

        I have always wondered who does the scheduling for the 301... How two 301 buses arrives at about the same time is something I am not able to understand. The usual fallout of that, is that the next bus or sometimes next 2 scheduled buses will not arrive leaving commuters who have planned their schedules around your bus timetable stranded. For a bus service that is very notorious for cancellations and delays (sometimes more than 1hour waiting), the 301 stunt must be very impressive! This is not LEAN at all! Also, why are your buses (interiors and exteriors) always dirty? As for your Saturdays and Sunday services, it's shambolic! You guys need to get your acts together, Stevenage deserves better than this!
