        Started Jan 2020 after 25 years of inactivity and an expanding waistline.Friendly welcome from Phil and circuiters.Exercises are demonstrated for the novice gym goer and are constantly monitored.Fantastic variation in session content and has significantly improved my fitness and has helped me drop 10kg.If you want to be fitter(and muddier) then this is the Super Circuits bootcamp for you.
