Susan was fantastic. She really knows her craft and was able to advise me appropriately and I have now got the shape of eyebrows I have always wanted. She also managed to adjust the height difference I have between my two eyebrows, which I have not been able to do with waxing alone without spending forever shaping with eyebrow make up. Prior to visiting Susan, my previously microbladed eyebrows had turned into a salmon colour after doing absolutely nothing with them . I did my research and liked Susans' work so I contacted her. We had a consultation as my brows had previously been microbladed and had turned into a salmon colour after doing nothing with them for 3 years. From consultation to treatment to the complimentary top up, Susan was professional, friendly and honest. I felt well informed each time and she is honestly a lovely person to chat to! A few days after my treatment, she sent me a message to see how I was getting on with the healing which shows what a lovely lady she is who not only cares about her craft but also her customers. I recently had my eyebrows transformed by the incredibly talented Susan. I had wanted to get my eyebrows micro-bladed for quite sometime, but never had the courage to go ahead. From the first moment I contacted and met Susan, I was instantly made to feel at ease. During our 1:1 consultation her warm, friendly, knowledgeable and professional approach was clearly apparent as she talked me through the entire process so I knew exactly what to expect. Afterwards, I couldnt wait to re-visit her salon so she could create the brows Id always wanted. Susan knows her trade, has exceptional skill and creative flare, really cares about her clients, her attention to detail is superb and the results you get are truly amazing. Throughout the entire process Susan was so helpful, reassuring and kind. Always answering any questions I had before, during and after. I am absolutely delighted with my new brows and for the first time in a long time I can go out without having to draw in my eyebrows and I feel so much more confident in myself and less self conscious.
