Good products but the queue was slow and the 2 visible staff were noticeably under pressure. There seemed to be a limited choice of bread for a Friday morning. I didn't like the ambience so gave up waiting and went to the Letchworth branch which was brilliant.

Updated review:- Simmons prices have increased, way over priced. Old review:- excellent customer service, tasty breakfast and lovely mocha coffee. Brilliant breakfast baps. Highly recommended

Worst experience with Simmons and not like them, ordered a breakfast bap through just eat 5 items for 6.25 and this arrives no butter in the bap either. Bap was hard not even soft. Will definitely be avoiding them in the future if they think this is justifiable.
