Extortionate prices for tiny plates of food. I thought it was one of the kids meals they had handed me. Missed the sides. For the price its actually shocking, would never ever go back. I had a franks burger and it was just awful. Truly gutted I paid the money out here

My partner and I came for dinner at 8pm on 30/04/2023, first greeting was good, we were met by a young girl who took us to our table after she ensured it was clean and ready for use. After reading through the menu and deciding what we were going to eat, we placed our order; We ordered the fridays wings as a starter to share, when this came to our table, it was in a big bowl with no side plates or cutlery, I had to ask as I was eating from a napkin off the table. We asked the waiter to have no corriandor on one of our main dishes, he politely agreed and wrote this down as an allergen request. Our food was brought to our table, yet again no fresh cuterely which had to be asked for, and my partners dish covered in corriandor, she was asked to check inside her meal to see exactly how much there was, which should not have even been asked, the dish was poorly made, hardly any filling inside and plastered with corriandor. We politely told him that we had requested to have none, to which he replied I'm sorry but all our dishes containing corriandor are pre made and heated, we were disgusted by this comment, if he knew this information, why were we not informed beforehand. He offered for my partner to choose something else off the menu, while tapping her plate at the side of the table trying to speed her choice up, I had to ask him to leave so there was no rushed decision. When he returned my partner placed her new order, at this point my wagu burger was stone cold, I wanted to wait for her food before I started eating mine. My partners new dish came out, I had to stop eating mine as I found a refried bean in my beef sauce - this wouldn't usually be a problem but seeing as while my partner was waiting for her new meal to come out she witnessed our waiter take an item off a plate in the serving area and throw it at one of the chefs, joking around. We both agreed that we didn't feel comfortable continuing with our experience here, I asked for the duty manager, when he arrived he told me his name was Mark, I explained to him our concerns and issues with our dishes and experience, he didn't seem interested. I politely informed him that we would be leaving and not happy to pay for any of our meal / drinks which is what we done. Avoid this place like the plague! It needs to be shut down! After reading the comments on here, I really wish we would have before we wasted our child free evening to go out for dinner at this place!!! I will be taking this matter further, I have never experienced such piss poor mannered staff in a restaurant ever.

Really disappointed at the experience we had at TGIs today. Myself and some friends went in for a couple drinks and dessert. We each ordered cocktails but made it very clear to ask for them virgin. When the bill came they charged us the full price of the regular cocktails and refused to take the price of the alcohol shots off the bill. We did not drink the alcohol and paid for it anyway. Our waiter said apparently there wasnt anything they could do and didnt seem particularly interested in trying to address our concerns. Will not be returning.
